1. Purpose

GENTON TECH CORPORATION is positioned in the “Telecom Infrastructure Engineering” industry with the aim of becoming the most competitive enterprise. Our goal is to achieve sustainable operations through fair competition, profit pursuit, protection of human rights, promotion of equitable employment conditions, and creation of a safe work environment. Hence, we have formulated this Code of Ethics.To ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and comply with this Code, we will make it publicly available to fulfill our duty of disclosure.

2. Applicability and Scope

This Code of Ethics applies to GENTON TECH CORPORATION’s senior executives and managers, all employees, as well as any parties (“Suppliers”) engaged in business collaboration with GENTON, related to our products, services, and other business activities. We require all relevant parties not only to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations but also to meet this ethical standard and strive for continuous improvement.

3. Content of Code of Ethics

(1) Integrity management
Zhengtong will engage in fair trade with fair, free and transparent competition, and strive to maintain sound and appropriate relationships with local government agencies and relevant interest groups and stakeholders.

(2) Products and services
Zhengtong will continue to develop and provide products and services that are beneficial to human society, strive to achieve customer satisfaction and confidence, and will fully consider the protection of its personal and customer information.

(3) Human rights protection
Zhengtong supports and respects internationally recognized human rights protection. We ensure that we are not complicit in human rights violations, that we respect the diversity and individuality of our employees, and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment that allows our employees to live as relaxed and fulfilling lives as possible.

(4) Labor standards
A.Freedom of association
Zhengtong respects every individual freedom and right granted by the law. All employees are free to join or form relevant groups under the permission of any law.

B. Employee communication
Zhengtong emphasizes the principle of open and transparent communication. It not only establishes multiple and smooth communication channels with employees, but also discloses company information fairly and timely to shareholders and members of society.
C.Employment conditions
Zhengtong provides equal job opportunities to all employees and job applicants, complies with all applicable wage laws and local regulations on employee remuneration, including the minimum wage and legally stipulated benefits, and fairly and reasonably obtains positions and positions based on their qualifications, experience and performance. Salary adjustments.
D. Child labor
Zhengtong abides by labor laws and does not employ children under the age of 16 and does not support or employ forced employees.
E. Employees are treated with respect and dignity
No employee or applicant will be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, nationality, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, political party affiliation, social origin, status or other factors unrelated to Zhengtong’s legitimate operations. Treat or be particularly frank.
F. Discriminatory behavior
Zhengtong does not have any discriminatory system or behavior involving employment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal or retirement.
G. Labor Hours and Compensation
Zhengtong correctly complies with the working hours and rest times stipulated by the government labor laws, extends working hours within the legal scope and with the consent of employees, and provides overtime pay that is higher than legal standards.

(5) Working environment conditions
A. Labor safety and health system
Zhengtong has established and improved the environmental and safety and health management system to prevent accidents during labor and reduce occupational disasters. Take necessary control measures for all hazardous factors that may affect employee safety and health to minimize potential hazards in the working environment where possible.
B. Safe and healthy working environment
Zhengtong ensures that safety, health hazards and control signs are appropriately set up on each working floor, and provides employee safety and health education and training, including unobstructed passages, emergency exits, fire protection configurations, first aid equipment, etc., and regularly tests fire alarms and evacuation training. , ensuring prompt and safe correct processing.

C. Employee health promotion
Zhengtong regards “employee safety and health” as its top priority. D. Staff care and assistance
Based on the number of Zhengtong employees and the establishment and rapid growth of overseas companies, we hope that Zhengtong employees will enjoy good care and treatment in areas such as work, health, and life, which will be higher than industry standards and improve employee satisfaction.
E. Environmental Management and Protection
Zhengtong highly recognizes that “environmental protection” is an important and necessary prerequisite for the existence of modern enterprises. We will always actively handle this issue with a serious and responsible attitude, provide support for environmental protection in product services and innovative development, and reduce burden on the environment.

(6) Anti-corruption
Zhengtong requires enterprises to abide by the law in all operations and resolutely opposes any form of corruption, soliciting bribes or obtaining improper benefits from them. Zhengtong has formulated strict ethical codes of conduct for directors, supervisors and managers in accordance with the law to constrain relevant parties to comply with laws and encourage reporting of any illegal or violative behavior.

(7) Social contribution
Zhengtong will actively participate in social welfare and related charity and aid activities as an “excellent corporate citizen”. Zhengtong Technology strives to cooperate with the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (abbreviation EICC) and the Global Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) to promote conflict mineral procurement policies. Therefore, all products provided to Zhengtong must comply with EICC relevant specifications.

4.Principles for Suppliers

(1) Scope of application of the code of conduct:
This Code of Conduct applies to all parties that do business with Zhengtong and participate in Zhengtong’s products, services and other commercial activities (“Suppliers”).

(2) Require compliance with:
Zhengtong requires suppliers and their subcontractors to comply with a code of conduct, which may be higher than the standards required by local law. Upon request, Suppliers must comply with Zhengtong’s requirements by providing information or allowing Zhengtong access to its premises or its representatives.

(3) Obligation to inform:
It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that employees and subcontractors employed by the supplier understand and abide by the Zhengtong Code of Conduct.

5.Commitment of Senior Management

GENTON’s senior management commits to ensuring that all employees and business partners fully understand and adhere to this Code of Ethics. Furthermore, we will continue to listen to feedback from all parties, both internally and externally, to improve and promote a sound internal management system and cultivate business ethics effectively.
