Mission Statement
We are committed to ensuring ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability in our supply chain management. Guided by the following principles, we pledge to uphold these standards in our procurement practices, ensuring that our suppliers adhere to high standards of behavior, including not using conflict minerals, adhering to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), respecting human rights, and opposing corruption.
No Use of Conflict Minerals
We require all suppliers to ensure that their products do not contain conflict minerals (such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, cobalt, and other metals) that may be associated with armed conflicts and human rights violations in their procurement processes.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
We expect our suppliers to adhere to best practices in corporate social responsibility, including but not limited to environmental protection, labor rights, ethical business practices, transparency, and community engagement. We encourage suppliers to actively participate in social and environmental protection activities and to consider the social and environmental impact in their business operations.
Respect for Human Rights
We require suppliers to uphold international human rights standards and to avoid engaging in harmful practices such as child labor, forced labor, and discrimination. We expect suppliers to ensure that their employees enjoy fundamental labor rights and work in a safe and dignified environment.
Anti-Corruption and No Bribery
We strongly oppose all forms of corruption and bribery. We require suppliers to comply with the law and refrain from participating in any form of corruption, bribery, gift-giving, or any behavior that may compromise fairness and ethics.
Monitoring and Enforcement
We will take necessary measures to monitor supplier compliance. We reserve the right to request information about their supply chains to ensure alignment with our policies.
Continuous Improvement
We will collaborate with suppliers to continuously improve our procurement policies and practices, ensuring our supply chain maintains high ethical and social responsibility standards.
Accountability
Our suppliers must ensure their employees adhere to our policies and work with us to collectively achieve elevated standards of ethics and social responsibility.
