道德行為準則

1.目的

正通科技定位在「電信基礎工程」產業最有競爭力之企業,為透過公平競爭、追求利潤、並保護人權、促進公平就業條件、創造安全工作環境,達成永續經營之目的,特制定本道德行為準則。為了保證本行為準則讓所有上述利害關係人瞭解和遵守,我們將予以公開披露,以盡告知之責。

1. Purpose

GENTON TECH CORPORATION is positioned in the “Telecom Infrastructure Engineering” industry with the aim of becoming the most competitive enterprise. Our goal is to achieve sustainable operations through fair competition, profit pursuit, protection of human rights, promotion of equitable employment conditions, and creation of a safe work environment. Hence, we have formulated this Code of Ethics.To ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and comply with this Code, we will make it publicly available to fulfill our duty of disclosure.

2.適用對象及範圍

本行為準則適用於正通營運團隊高階主管及經理人、全體員工,也包含與本公司產品或服務相關的供應商、客戶及支持正通的社會相關利害關係人等;我們要求,除了遵守所有相關法律和規範,也必須符合這項道德標準,同時確保能持續改善。

2. Applicability and Scope

This Code of Ethics applies to GENTON TECH CORPORATION’s senior executives and managers, all employees, as well as any parties (“Suppliers”) engaged in business collaboration with GENTON, related to our products, services, and other business activities. We require all relevant parties not only to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations but also to meet this ethical standard and strive for continuous improvement.

3.道德行為準則內容

(1)誠信經營
正通將從事公平、自由、透明競爭的公平貿易,致力和當地政府機關和相關利害團體、利害關係人維持健全的適當的關係。


(2)產品與服務
正通將持續開發和提供對人類社會有益的產品和服務,努力實現客戶滿意度和信心,並將充分考量到保護其個人和客戶的資訊。


(3)人權保護
正通支持並尊重國際公認的人權保護。我們確保,我們不是侵犯人權的同謀,我們尊重多樣化、個性化的員工,並確保一個安全和舒適的工作環境,儘可能提供讓員工放鬆和充實的生活。


(4)勞動標準
A.結社自由
正通尊重法律所賦予之每個個人自由與權利,在任何法律允許下,所有員工可以自由加入或組建相關團體。

B.員工溝通
正通強調公開、透明的溝通原則,不僅與員工建立多元而順暢的溝通管道,對廣大股東和社會成員的溝通,也會公平、適時的披露公司訊息。
C.就業條件
正通提供平等的工作機會給予所有員工和求職者,遵守所有適用的薪資法令及當地條例的員工薪酬,包括最低工資及法律上規定的福利,並依其資歷、經驗和績效公平、合理獲得職務和薪資上的調整。
D.童工勞動
正通遵守勞動法律,不僱未滿十六歲童工和不支持、不僱用強迫性員工。
E.員工受到尊重與尊嚴
任何員工或應徵者都不因其種族、宗教、膚色、國籍、年紀、性別、殘疾、性向、婚姻狀況、懷孕、政黨傾向、社會出身、地位或是其它與正通合法經營無關的因素而受到歧視對待或特別的偏坦。
F.歧視行為
正通不存在涉及僱用、報酬、培訓機會、升遷、解職或退休等歧視制度和行為。
G.勞動工時和補償
正通確依政府勞動法律所訂定的勞動工時和休息時間,在合法的範圍並在員工同意下延長工時,並相對給予高於法律標準的加班費用。


(5)工作環境條件
A.勞工安全衛生制度
正通建立、健全了環境及安全衛生管理體系,防止勞動過程中的事故,減少職業災害。對可能影響員工安全和健康的所有危害因素,採取必要管控措施,在可能條件下最大限度地降低工作環境中的危害隱患。
B.安全健康的工作環境
正通確保在每個工作樓層適當設置有關安全、危害健康和管制的標示,並提供員工安全衛生的教育訓練,包括無阻礙的通道、緊急出口和消防配置、急救設備等,定期測試火警、疏散訓練,確保即時和安全正確的處理。
其它如機械、高架、噪音和有標示的有機溶濟等工作流程,皆訂有嚴格管制辦法和防護具使用;另要求廠房充分通風、
明亮光線、乾淨衛生及飲用水設施等。

C.員工健康促進
正通將「員工安全和健康」視為第一要務,除依循政府法律,積極擴展健康服務,也努力尋求相關資源支援和更有效率的執行方式,包括推動多元健康活動、個人保健、運動設施、職災預防及相關急救訓練等。
D.員工照顧與協助
基於正通員工人數及海外公司的設立與快速成長,我們期望正通的員工在工作、健康、生活等領域享有良好的照顧和對待,並高於業界水準,提升員工滿意度。
E.環境管理和保護
正通高度體認「環境保護」是現代企業存在重要的和必要的前提,我們將始終以嚴肅、負責的態度,積極的處理這個議題,在產品服務和創新發展上提供對環境保護的支持,減少對環境的負擔。


(6)反貪腐
正通要求企業經營一切遵守法律,堅決反對任何形式的貪污、索賄或從中獲取不當利益之行為。正通依法制定了嚴格的董、監事及經理人道德行為準則,以約束相關關係人遵循法令,並鼓勵呈報任何非法或違反之行為。


(7)社會貢獻
正通將積極參與社會公益及相關慈善、援助活動,作為一個「優秀企業公民」。正通科技努力與電子行業公民聯盟(縮寫EICC)及全球永續議題e化倡議組織(縮寫GeSI)配合,推動衝突礦物採購政策。因此提供予正通之所有產品皆須符合EICC相關規範。

3. Content of Code of Ethics

Integrity in Operations

We commit to engaging in fair, free, and transparent competition, and maintaining sound relationships with local government agencies, relevant interest groups, and stakeholders.

Products and Services

We will continuously develop and offer products and services that benefit society, strive for customer satisfaction and trust, and ensure the protection of personal and customer information.

Human Rights Protection

We support and respect internationally recognized human rights protection. We ensure that we are not complicit in human rights violations, respect the diversity and individuality of employees, and provide a safe and comfortable work environment, enabling employees to relax and thrive.

Labor Standards

We respect the freedom of association, emphasize open and transparent communication, provide equal job opportunities, comply with wage laws and local regulations, do not employ child labor, and do not support forced labor. We respect employees and do not discriminate based on any individual factors.

Work Environment Conditions

We ensure a sound occupational safety and health management system, provide a safe and healthy work environment, promote employee health, care for employees, and ensure environmental protection.

Anti-Corruption

We require business operations to comply with all laws and strongly oppose any form of corruption, bribery, or gaining undue benefits. We have established strict ethical codes for directors, supervisors, and managers in accordance with the law, encouraging related parties to comply with regulations and report any illegal or non-compliant behaviors.

Social Contributions

We will actively participate in social welfare, charity, and related assistance activities, acting as an “excellent corporate citizen.” GENTON TECH CORPORATION endeavors to cooperate with the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) to promote conflict mineral procurement policies. Therefore, all products provided by GENTON must adhere to EICC’s relevant regulations.

4.對供應商之規範原則

(1)行為準則適用範圍:
本行為準則適用於所有與正通業務合作和對正通產品、服務和其它商業活動的任何一方(“供應商”)。


(2)要求遵守:
正通要求供應商和其分包商遵守行為準則,這些要求可能高於當地法律所規定的標準。根據要求,供應商必須通過提供信息或允許正通訪問其處所或其代表,以符合正通的要求。


(3)告知義務:
這是供應商的責任,以確保供應商所僱用之員工和分包商了解及應遵守正通的行為準則。

4.Principles for Suppliers

This Code of Ethics applies to all parties (“Suppliers”) engaged in business collaboration with GENTON. Suppliers and their subcontractors are required to comply with this Code, which may exceed local legal standards. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their employees and subcontractors understand and comply with GENTON’s Code of Ethics.

5.高階管理階層的承諾

正通高階管理人員,承諾本項「道德行為準則」是企業的責任,並讓公司所有員工和業務合作夥伴充份認識到本「道德行為準則」。此外,將持續聽取有關各方的意見,內部和外部的聲音,以改善和促進內部管理制度健全,努力培育企業道德,有效實現道德行為準則。

5.Commitment of Senior Management

GENTON’s senior management commits to ensuring that all employees and business partners fully understand and adhere to this Code of Ethics. Furthermore, we will continue to listen to feedback from all parties, both internally and externally, to improve and promote a sound internal management system and cultivate business ethics effectively.
